12 Moons is a sound-based non-profit community created by Ann Sensing and Scott Owings that is rooted in the ancient restoring rhythms of the Moon. We work with individuals, groups, and institutions through deep listening and sacred support to heal the fragmented parts of ourselves and society.

By providing a space for women to build a steady foundation of whole body wellness, strength of mind, and practice of self-giving & self-reliance, each woman has an opportunity to live more fully and, in turn, lead her community with compassion, strength & faith.
Love Rises
Begun in the spring of 2022, Love Rises is a justice enterprise knitting socks and blankets to reflect hope through landscape patterns in soft color palettes. Each knitted item holds a story of connection, of a single thread of yarn that is carefully hand-woven into a new product, and of connection between women refugees and the world.

Mindfulness in Nashville Education (MiNEd) has spawned mindfulness training not only with children but also for educators, parents, clergy, health professionals, and clinicians across the city of Nashville and beyond.
